About nsquareai
I believe businesses should focus on what they do best and leave the repetitive, manual, time-draining work to modern AI.
My Story
Walking through Mumbai's streets, I noticed the same pattern everywhere. Owners of cafes, clinics, and retail stores were drowning in spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups. The AI revolution was happening somewhere else entirely.
Enterprise software wasn't built for them. Off-the-shelf tools demanded process changes instead of adapting to the business. The gap between what AI could do and what SMEs could actually use was enormous.
nsquareai exists to close that gap by building automations that fit into the tools and workflows you already run, not the other way around.

My Mission
I observed a massive disconnect: powerful AI tools existed, but local businesses, from restaurants to clinics, were spending countless hours on manual coordination and busywork.
My mission is to create custom AI workflows that seamlessly integrate into the tools you already use. No learning curves. No complex dashboards. Just automation that gives you back your time.
I map your unique operations before writing a single line of code, ensuring the automation fits perfectly into your workflow.
Whether it's WhatsApp, Sheets, or your POS system, I ensure the pieces connect natively across your existing ecosystem.
My goal is measurable impact. I stand by solutions that reclaim lost hours from administrative tasks, safely and smartly.
My Approach
I spend real time with your team, understanding how work actually moves through your business instead of how a brochure says it should.
I document every handoff, tool, and manual step, then identify the highest-leverage places to automate first.
Custom AI workflows wired into your existing stack, including WhatsApp, Sheets, POS, and CRM, with no new dashboards to learn.
Week by week I tune the automation against real usage until it becomes nearly invisible, handling the work reliably in the background.
Who I Work With
I partner with local businesses across industries where every saved hour pays back directly. A concrete example for each.
WhatsApp orders parsed and pushed straight into the POS, with the kitchen ticket auto-printed before the customer hits send twice.
Appointment sheet drives WhatsApp confirms, reminders, and same-day reschedules. Receptionist stops chasing, no-shows drop.
POS pushes nightly stock deltas to Sheets, low-stock alerts ping the owner on WhatsApp before the next morning's coffee.
Delivery sheet drives WhatsApp ETAs to customers and live pings to drivers. Fewer "where is my order" calls.
About the Founder
I'm studying entrepreneurship in Mumbai, and for the past couple of years, most of my time has gone into learning everything I can about AI. Not just reading about it, but actually getting into the tools, the workflows, and the real ways it creates leverage inside a business.
What I kept coming back to is this: the way business gets done is fundamentally shifting. AI is moving from being a curiosity to being a real operating layer, and businesses that figure out how to actually embed it into how they work are going to have a real, durable advantage. This is true regardless of size, whether you're running a five-person operation or a five-hundred-person one.
But here's what struck me. Large companies are already on top of this. They have IT teams, dedicated automation engineers, sometimes entire AI departments now, all working through the problem. They'll figure it out.
The gap is at the small and medium scale. Business owners already doing ten things at once, with no dedicated team and no time to figure out implementation from scratch. They know AI could help, but there's no manual, no roadmap, and no one in the room for them.
That's the problem I built nsquareai to solve. Not for everyone. Specifically for the businesses that need this the most and currently have the least support getting there.

From the Founder
"Most businesses don't need new tools. They need the tools they already have to stop working against each other. That's the whole idea."
